Gestalt therapy in English, Barcelona and onlineA space to
be with yourself
Therapy in English for people living in Barcelona, or anywhere, online. A Gestalt space to listen to yourself, connect with what you need and move forward with more clarity.

What is Gestalt therapy?
Sometimes we keep repeating the same situations, feel stuck, or can’t quite name what is going on. Gestalt therapy is a humanistic approach: a space to pause, listen to yourself and become aware of what you feel and need. From there it becomes easier to make decisions and live in a way that feels more like your own.
Living abroad can make this harder. A new language, a new culture, family and old friends far away. Talking about what matters in the language you feel at home in makes a difference.
I work from a field perspective: what happens to you doesn’t only happen inside you, but also in your relationships and your surroundings. That is why each session is a real encounter, and what arises between us also helps to understand and transform.
It may be for you if…
- You keep repeating the same patterns in your relationships.
- You are going through a change or a crisis and don’t know what you want.
- You understand what is happening «in your head», but can’t change it.
- You moved to Barcelona and feel a bit lost, lonely or disconnected.
Here and now
We start from what is happening to you today, not from theories about you.
Body and emotion
We also listen to what the body feels, not only to what the mind thinks.
Relationship
The therapeutic bond is a safe place to try out new ways of being.
«Change occurs when one becomes what he is, not when he tries to become what he is not.»Arnold Beisser
Being present with you
I came to Gestalt therapy as a client, not as a therapist.
For ten years I worked as an engineer. I liked logic and maths, but I had no idea what I really enjoyed or who I was beyond what I did. I was living on autopilot, until a deep crisis led me to ask for help.
In that process I discovered meditation and Gestalt. I learned to listen to myself, to treat myself better and to trust myself. It changed me so much that I changed direction: I trained as a Gestalt therapist and began working as a teacher, wanting to accompany other people.
I know what it is like to live disconnected from yourself, and also what it is like to find yourself again. Today I offer a safe space where you can look at what is happening, understand your pain and discover your own resources, at your own pace.
I work with individuals, in person in Barcelona and online. I am Spanish and work fluently in English and Spanish, so you can use whichever feels more natural to you, or both.

Experiences
“I didn’t feel judged at all. You made me feel comfortable, respected my pace while guiding me, and were gentle and attentive. Your voice was very soothing.”
“Afterwards, there’s a feeling of relief and deep reflection, as if a weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I would tell anyone hesitant to take the plunge to try, to let go of their fears, and to build trust.”
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Each 60-minute session costs 50 € in person and 45 € online. The first 20-minute call is free, with no commitment.
Is my English good enough? Is yours?
Any level is fine: we can switch to Spanish whenever you want. I’m not a native speaker, but I work comfortably in English, and what matters most in therapy is feeling heard.
What happens in the free call?
It is a 20-minute video call: you tell me what brings you here, I explain how I work and we see whether it feels right for you. You don’t need to prepare anything.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on you and on what you want to work on. Usually it is one session a week or every two weeks, and we review together how the process feels.
How do online sessions work?
By video call. You only need a quiet, private place, a good connection and headphones if you like. They work just as well as in-person sessions.
Are you a psychologist?
No. I am a Gestalt therapist. Gestalt therapy supports personal growth and does not replace medical or psychological treatment when that is needed. If I think it would help you, I will tell you honestly.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Everything you share in sessions is confidential.
Shall we take the first step?
It all starts with a free 20-minute conversation, with no commitment. Choose a time that suits you, or message me if you’d rather ask first.
